The service reserves the right to conduct AML checks on funds received from users for any risks related to illegal activity (Dark Market, Dark Service, etc.). When conducting an AML check, the exchange service focuses on a detailed analysis of each specific transaction.
If a detailed analysis reveals high-risk parameters exceeding 60%, or one or more of the following risks: Darkmarket 1%, Dark Service 1%, Scam 1%, Stolen 1%, Mixer 1%, Exchange Fraudulent 1%, Illegal Service 1%, Ransom 1%, Terrorism Financing 1%, Gambling 1%, Enforcement Action 1%, Sanctions 2%, funds are temporarily frozen until the user's identity is verified.
The user must complete the KYC verification process. This can be done in your personal account on the main page of our website (SumSub). In some cases, for additional verification, the exchange service reserves the right to request a video selfie from the user and documents confirming the origin of the funds.
Documents obtained during AML checks are processed and stored in a secure system with limited access.
The deadline for submitting documents and completing verification is 20 calendar days.
IMPORTANT: The user whose information is provided in the application must complete the verification procedure!
Only after completing the procedure and passing the security check will the transferred funds be returned to the sender, subject to the exchange commission and labor costs for processing and organizing the refund, at a 3% cap (up to $100) within 1-10 business days.
