The service has the right to perform an AML check of funds received from the user for risks related to illegal activities (Dark Market, Dark Service, etc.). When conducting an AML check, the exchanger focuses on a detailed analysis of a specific transaction.

In case a detailed analysis reveals high-risk parameters of more than 60%, or one or more risks from the following: Darkmarket 1%, Dark Service 1%, Scam 1%, Stolen 1%, Mixer 1%, Exchange Fraudulent 1%, Illegal Service 1%, Ransom 1%, Terrorism Financing 1%, Gambling 1%, Enforcement Action 1%, Sanctions 1% - funds are returned to the client at a protective tariff.

The user must go through the procedure for confirming personal data (KYC): a video selfie with a passport in hand (with readable data: passport series and number, full name), without interruption in the video, demonstrate the wallet/account from which the transaction was sent (with readable data: date and time, amount and recipient address). Only after passing the procedure and checking the security service, the transferred funds will be returned to the sender, taking into account the exchange commission and labor costs for processing and organizing the return of funds, according to the protective tariff of clause 1.9.
